Weekend and holiday appointments require a credit card on file.
Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment on weekends and holidays (under a 12 hour window) may result in a fee of 20%.
We know, it happens to all of us! We try to be as accommodating as possible to our guests, however we run on schedule that allows us just enough time to turn over the room to prepare for our next clients.
If you are over 10 minutes late, we may have to shorten your session by 5 or 10 minutes if there is someone coming in on the slot after you.
